Here is a list of recommended books by Dr. Siegfried. Most of them can be found online on Ebay, Amazon, Thriftshops online, etc. to purchase. You can also find them online at archive.org, borrow them, and read them online. It’s like a library but digital!

The Book of Charlie comes to mind. I just finished it for the 3rd time. Charlie is truly one of the most amazing stories I’ve read. He lived from 1905 until 2014. Checked out at 109, but was playing golf and driving up until about 105. Talk about the embodiment of good mental health? And how far good genes can take you? Read The Book of Charlie. Even Charlie Brown would agree that Charlie was the epitome of overcoming life challenges. Many many many of them. And each of us have/had things to overcome so we can just keep going and live.
