The site is information, not medical advice
Everything published here — the service and condition pages, the bilateral nasal specific pages, the articles, the nutrition and supplement material and the patient testimonials — is general information about what this clinic does. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan and not a substitute for being examined by Dr. Siegfried or by your own physician. Results described on this site are individual experiences and are not a promise of the same outcome for you. Nothing here should be used to delay or replace care from a qualified health professional, and if you think you have a medical emergency, call 911.
Contacting us through the site
Our appointment, contact, new patient and nutrition consultation forms are a way to reach the clinic. Sending one does not create a doctor–patient relationship and does not confirm an appointment — we will reply to you. These forms are not a secure patient portal, so please do not send medical records, diagnoses or other sensitive health details through them. Call us at 503-472-6550 instead. What the forms collect and how we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy, and the text-message consent you give on them is on our Opt-In Consent page. Please give us accurate information, and only your own or that of someone you are authorised to act for.
No sales through this website
This site does not sell anything and does not take payment. The supplement pages describe products we may recommend during care; they are not an offer to sell and carry no prices or ordering. Supplement descriptions come from the manufacturers and have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Content on this site belongs to the clinic
The text, photographs, video, logo and design on this site are owned by the clinic or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, and to link to them. Please do not republish, sell or otherwise reuse the content commercially, or present it as your own, without our written permission.
Other companies' content and links
Some pages embed or link to material provided by other companies — a Google Map on our contact page, patient video testimonials hosted on YouTube, and links out to manufacturers and other sites. We include them because we think they are useful. We do not control them, we are not responsible for what they contain, and their own terms and privacy policies apply once you are there.
Using the site properly
Please do not attempt to access the clinic's private admin area or any other part of the site you have not been given access to, interfere with how the site runs, or use it to send unlawful, abusive or misleading material. Staff accounts are for clinic staff only.

Hours, services, fees, staff and product information can change, and the site may be offline for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, and any dispute about them or about the site belongs in the state or federal courts serving Yamhill County, Oregon.
